Bacon cheese cup cake
昨天晚上菜做少了,巍晚饭后在屋子里乱转,嚷嚷着肚子饿,还吃掉了我一个姜醋猪蹄膀(不知道男人吃了下奶不?),依然不够,翻箱倒柜地吃饼干之类的。我在旁边看了很内疚,好像我存心虐待他似的。
后来等凌宝睡下了后,我到厨房做第二天的午餐——番茄bacon面包,做完了还剩一小撮的bacon,看着依然肚子饿的巍,就上网查了个recipe(http://www.whatsforlunchhoney.net/2007/03/roquefort-walnut-savory-loaf.html),改了一下原料的比例,做了个超级好吃的bacon cheese cup cake:
ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 or 4 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt and pepper
100ml rice bran oil (any other cooking oil)
2 eggs (beaten well)
1 cup of milk
25g to 50g bacon
50g roasted walnut
250g grated cheese
cooking method:
1. In a bowl, mix first three dry ingredients well, and make a well in the middle;
2.Pour the oil, milk and egg into the dry ingrediens and mix well until no lumps appear; the mixture should be sticky but not runny;
3. Fold in walnut and bacon and cheese
4. Spoon the mixture into cup cake tray and bake at 180 for about 25 minutes(depends on different oven) or until golden and spongy. Make about 12 big ones.
Then enjoy the delicious cake.
